2. Products & Custom Manufacturing

To ensure the highest quality and minimize waste, every item we sell is made-to-order. This means your product is handcrafted or printed individually only after your order is confirmed.

  • Variations: Because items are custom-made, slight variations in color, tone, or graphic placement may occur. These are normal results of the digital printing and manual assembly process.

  • Order Accuracy: Production begins shortly after order confirmation. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all details (size, color, shipping address) before checkout.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Currency: All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Taxes: Applicable sales tax or duties will be calculated and displayed at checkout where possible.

  • Security: Payments are handled by secure, third-party processors. NationFans does not store your full credit or debit card information.

4. Order Cancellations & Modifications

We offer a limited window for changes to ensure we don't waste materials on orders you no longer want:

  • 24-Hour Window: You may cancel or modify your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placement by emailing [email protected].

  • After 24 Hours: Once an order enters the production phase, it can no longer be modified, redirected, or canceled.

5. Shipping & International Customs

Shipping timelines consist of a production period followed by a transit period. Detailed estimates can be found on our Shipping Policy page.

  • Delivery Responsibility: Once a package is handed to a carrier, NationFans is not liable for delays caused by weather, holidays, or customs inspections.

  • Address Errors: We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

  • Import Fees: Customers outside the United States are responsible for all VAT, customs duties, or local taxes.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Refund & Returns Policy outlines specific eligibility.

  • We offer replacements or refunds for manufacturing defects or incorrect items only.

  • Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with supporting photo/video evidence.

  • Because items are made specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds for "change of mind" or sizing errors made during the order process.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on nationfans.com, including text, logos, designs, and images, is the property of NationFans and Bad Ape, LLC. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our proprietary material is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

NationFans shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Wyoming.
