Welcome to NationFans. Every item we sell is made-to-order, meaning your product is handcrafted, printed, and quality-checked only after your order is confirmed. This process ensures the highest quality but requires a dedicated production period before shipment.
1. The Made-to-Order Process
Unlike traditional retailers, we do not hold pre-manufactured inventory.

Phase 1: Production (Handling): Once payment is cleared, your order enters our production queue.

Phase 2: Shipping (Transit): Once production is complete, your item is handed over to the carrier for delivery.
Please note: Shipping times listed below begin only after the processing/production period is complete.

3. Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We utilize a network of global carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, YanWen, and Yun Express.

Tracking Notification: You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Tracking Updates: Please allow 2–3 business days for the carrier’s system to reflect the initial status update.

Separate Packages: Due to logistics, items in the same order may be shipped separately to ensure you receive them as soon as they are ready.
4. International Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any VAT, customs duties, or taxes imposed by their local government.

Customs inspections may occasionally add 1–3 weeks to international transit times.
5. Delivery Responsibility

Address Accuracy: NationFans is not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

Confirmed Delivery: Once a carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” the order is considered successfully fulfilled. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Carrier Delays: External factors (weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions) may occasionally add 3–7 business days to estimated delivery dates.
