At NationFans, we take pride in our high-quality, made-to-order products. Because each item is manufactured specifically for you at the time of purchase, we do not maintain a traditional inventory. Therefore, we have established the following guidelines regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.

By placing an order at NationFans.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Cancellations

  • 24-Hour Window: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 Hours: Once an order enters the production phase, it can no longer be modified or canceled as the custom manufacturing process has already begun.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We stand behind the quality of our work. We offer replacements or refunds only if the item you received falls into one of these categories:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Material flaws or significant printing errors.

  • Order Discrepancies: You received a different size, color, or design than what was specified in your original order confirmation.

Exclusions (Non-Refundable):

  • Customer Error: Since items are custom-made, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you select the wrong size, color, or design. Please consult our size charts carefully before finalizing your order.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) marks a package as “Delivered,” NationFans is no longer responsible for the shipment. We do not provide refunds for items reported missing or stolen after a confirmed delivery.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the error is ours, NationFans will cover 100% of the costs for a replacement or a full refund.

  • Authorized Returns: In the rare event a return is authorized for reasons other than a manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. How to Submit a Claim

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. To start the process, please email [email protected] with the following:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. Clear photos or video documenting the defect or the incorrect item received.

  3. A photo of the Shipping Label on the original packaging.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approval: Once we verify the defect via your submitted photos or inspect a returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Method: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

6. Product Disclaimer

  • Color Variations: Due to differences in monitor calibrations and the nature of digital printing, slight color variations between your screen and the physical product are normal and are not considered defects.

  • Sizing: Please allow for a standard manufacturing tolerance of ±1 inch on all apparel items.
