Refund and Returns Policy

At NationFans, every product is made with passion and attention to detail. Since most of our items are made-to-order, we take great care in processing each order individually. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help you through it fairly and transparently.

Order Cancellation

We completely understand if you change your mind. You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

• To cancel, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for cancellation.

• After 24 hours, your order enters production and cannot be modified or canceled.

Please note: Personalized or customized items are final once production begins. Always double-check your order details before confirming.

Refund & Replacement Eligibility

We want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives with an issue, you may qualify for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

• The item is damaged, defective, or faulty upon arrival.

• You received a different item or design than what was ordered.

• Your package is lost in transit or not delivered, and your address was correct.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a brief description and clear photos of the issue so we can assist promptly.

Cases Not Eligible for Refunds

To keep our process fair and consistent, refunds or replacements cannot be provided in these cases:

• Requests made after 30 days of receiving the order.

• The customer changes their mind or no longer wants the item.

• Incorrect details (size, color, address, personalization) provided at checkout.

• Damage caused by improper use, care, or wear over time.

Discounted Replacements

In certain situations, we may offer a replacement at a reduced cost instead of a full refund — for example:

• The order was returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

• The design or personalization was entered incorrectly by the customer.

We’ll always do our best to find a reasonable solution.

Refund Processing

Once approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

• Refund processing may take 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Returns

Most products do not need to be returned. In the rare case that we request a return, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Please don’t send items back without contacting our support team first.
